POLICY
- A non-refundable deposit of THB200 is required to confirm your reservation per seat.
- The deposit must be paid, and evidence of the payment must be provided.
- In case of a no-show without prior notice, the deposit will not be refunded.
- Changes to your reservation can be made up to 24 hours before your booked time, later than that, the schedule couldn’t be adjust and the deposit will not be refunded in case of a no-show.
- Please note that we can only accommodate late check-ins for a maximum of 10 minutes past your scheduled time.
